All of our products are powder coated. The process is simple; the product goes through a pretreatment,
where all the dirt, grime and oils are removed, leaving a surface that the paint will bond to. After that,
it goes through a dry off oven, to make sure the product is completely dry. The powder is then applied with an
electrostatic charge, then put through a cure oven to bake the powder into a durable, attractive finish.
We also do custom coating, with the ability to do a wide variety of colours.
